Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Product Management Director to lead our product vision for Agents in Slack admin and builder experience. This role focuses on defining the future of AI agents built, managed, and deployed in Slack.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the product strategy for Agents in Slack admin and builder experience and drive alignment with overall company goals.
  • Collaborate across teams to create alignment between engineering and other groups, including Platform, Core Platform, and Salesforce teams.
  • Represent the customer and builder by tackling complex admin problems, owning requirements, specifications, and release plans that serve their needs.
  • Partner closely with engineering and UX to develop, test, launch, and iterate features that solve real-world challenges and give admins peace of mind.
  • Measure success by defining what success means for each feature and function before it goes to development.
  • Communicate clearly and efficiently, coordinating product release communications, defining expectations for engineering teams, aligning with cross-functional Salesforce teams, and promoting products both internally and externally.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years of product management experience or relevant experience.
  • Experience taking one or more products through the full product cycle from proposal to launch.
  • Experience as a product owner leading Agile teams at a technology company over multiple product releases.
  • Experience building Enterprise SaaS products.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with the Slack platform, particularly for admins and developers is preferred.
  • Experience with enterprise admin consoles, developer platforms, or AI/agent-based systems.
  • Familiarity with integrating complex enterprise systems such as Salesforce.
  • Understanding of identity and access management concepts.
  • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort in high-level business discussions with internal and external executives.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills, technical competence, and excellent communication skills to articulate complex ideas.
