Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Position

We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Maintenance Engineer to ensure all maintenance and certification of aircraft comply with regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks, including primary line maintenance activities, to maintain the serviceability and presentation of company aircraft on a daily basis.

  • Carrying out routine maintenance, inspecting equipment and tooling, and undertaking corrective rectification of aircraft systems and defects.
  • Ensuring compliance with Part 145 MOE requirements and manufacturer specifications.

Candidates must demonstrate:

  • Hold (or be close to completing e.g. 3rd or 4th year apprentice) a Certificate IV or Diploma in Aeroskills (preferably in Mechanical or Avionics).
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of maintenance procedures.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to obtain an ASIC (Aviation Security Identification Card) and provide applicable police clearances.
