Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Audit and Compliance Manager to join our team at BDO. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional to take on a leadership role in promoting compliance with auditor independence rules and regulations.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of auditor independence standards and be able to apply this knowledge in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with stakeholders within the business and colleagues in our Central Risk Team to deliver key independence, conflicts, and ethics projects.

As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for managing assigned projects and providing guidance and support to team members. You will also be expected to communicate complex information to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage assigned projects related to auditor independence, conflicts, and ethics
  • Provide guidance and support to team members on auditor independence matters
  • Communicate complex information to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in managing audit and compliance projects
  • Strong knowledge of auditor independence standards and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
