The Role
We are seeking a skilled music educator with expertise in violin and viola to join our co-curricular program. This role offers an excellent opportunity for experienced instructors to make a meaningful impact on the musical journey of students from beginners to intermediate levels.
The position involves assisting with ensemble rehearsals before and after school. The role is a fixed-term part-time position, commencing on a specified date, with the possibility of extension.
About You
As a music educator with a robust background in music education and a degree in education or tertiary music, you are familiar with AMEB and VCE syllabi. Throughout your career, you have demonstrated a strong capability to work with students of varying ages and skill levels, honing your performance skills and ability to engage and motivate students effectively.
You possess the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with other educators, and are available to work from Tuesday through Friday, including after-school hours on Thursdays.
