About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Merchandise and Store Person. This is a full-time permanent opportunity to work in our Mareeba branch, supporting the sales of our agricultural merchandise products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with sales and administration support, ensuring orders are received and dispatched for delivery safely and on-time.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including stock control and dispatching of goods.
  • Provide excellent customer service, assisting with pricing and product queries.
  • Process counter sales and maintain accurate records.
  • Operate a forklift and make on-farm deliveries.
  • Dispatch goods and maintain inventory control.
  • Maintain safety processes and ensure a safe working environment.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in a team support role in a busy environment and a passion for Australian farming and agriculture. You will also demonstrate:

  • A proactive approach to work and practical organization skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Effective verbal communication skills to build solid long-term customer relationships.
  • A full driver's license is required, and a HR license and forklift ticket are advantageous.
