This role is responsible for ensuring the effective operation of internal controls and compliance systems related to IT across the global business.
Key responsibilities include assessing the design and effectiveness of internal controls, assisting with ongoing operations of the global IT attestation control framework, and supporting evidence collection activities.
You will also be involved in collaborating with the Data Analytics Manager to gather and analyze data across departments, developing new tests within our chosen data analytics platform (ACL), and completing all assigned IT audits in line with the agreed scope and objectives.
The ideal candidate will have experience in IT-related internal and external audits, supported by a relevant qualification in IT or a business field.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Proficient in business report writing.
- Project management skills with the ability to accurately scope out the length and difficulty of tasks and projects, setting clear objectives and goals.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple and competing tasks and demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail and good analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to anticipate challenges, adapt quickly, and deliver effective solutions.
- Great teamwork abilities with a strong emphasis on building rapport.

Requirements for this position are as follows:
- At least 2 years of experience in IT audit roles.
- Relevant qualification in IT or a business field.
- Strong understanding of IT governance, risk management, and compliance principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
