As a Senior Business Analyst, you will support the delivery of AI-driven transformation initiatives within our Strategy and Transformation team. This role combines strategic insight, technical fluency, and project management expertise to drive business value and growth.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements, analyse systems, and implement innovative solutions that align with our organisation's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain business cases to justify investment in transformation initiatives
  • Analyse data flows and validate models to support AI solution development
  • Collaborate with agile delivery teams to ensure scalable solutions and effective project execution
  • Contribute to digitisation and process improvement initiatives to enhance organisational efficiency and productivity
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to communicate technical concepts and manage expectations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field; certifications (CBAP, CCBA, Agile BA) preferred
  • 5+ years' experience in business analysis with a technical focus, ideally within transformation or digital programs
  • Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, data models, and AI/automation technologies
  • Experience with agile delivery and tools (DevOps, SQL, Power BI, Visio)
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
