The RoleAs a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our products. Your contributions will have a direct impact on the lives of clinicians and patients alike.

Key ResponsibilitiesConduct manual testing related to our main scribe product to gain a deeper understanding of how to automate this workflow.
Design, develop, and execute automated tests using Python, focusing on API, mobile, and performance testing.
Owning the testing process, from writing and executing test cases to contributing to customer-facing documentation, including release notes.
Developing automated tests for end-to-end user flows and processes for our clinical AI products, ensuring a seamless and intuitive experience.
Mastering various testing methodologies, including functional, regression, performance, etc., to identify and address potential issues.
Ensuring seamless integrations by developing and executing automated tests for systems integration across our web applications, mobile platforms, and portals.
Translating requirements into action by analyzing functional requirements and API specifications to develop comprehensive and effective automated test suites.
Becoming a performance testing guru by designing and executing performance tests to identify bottlenecks and ensure optimal application responsiveness.
Thinking strategically about risk by recognizing potential product risks and designing targeted testing strategies to mitigate them.
Communicating effectively by reporting testing outcomes clearly and concisely to your manager and stakeholders.
Leveraging the right tools by utilizing test management, CI/CD, and issue tracking tools to streamline the testing process.
3-5 years of experience as an SDET, demonstrating a strong understanding of software testing principles and automation frameworks.
Proficiency in Cypress development, including building and maintaining test automation frameworks.
Expertise in API testing, specifically with FastAPI (preferred), including asynchronous programming concepts, dependency injection, and middleware within the FastAPI framework.
Experience in Mobile testing, including proficiency in mobile testing frameworks and tools.
Performance testing experience, including designing and executing performance tests.
Hands-on experience with systems integration testing for web applications, mobile platforms, and portals.
Proven ability to analyze functional requirements and API specifications to create effective automated test suites.
A knack for troubleshooting and identifying specific failure conditions.
Intermediate-level skills in SQL Server databases, allowing you to effectively query and analyze data.
The ability to proactively identify potential product risks and develop targeted testing strategies.
Excellent communication skills, enabling you to clearly report testing outcomes to stakeholders.
