Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Trainee in Supply Chain Operations. The successful candidate will work closely with our experienced staff to gain hands-on experience and develop their skills in customer service, stock management, and sales processing.
The trainee will be based in one of our branches and will have the opportunity to work with a variety of products and customers. They will also be required to complete certificate requirements, such as workbooks and on-the-job training and assessments.
Responsibilities
- Providing excellent customer service and support.
- Processing sales and managing stock effectively.
- Completing all requirements of the certificate.
- Communicating effectively with customers and staff.
- Building product knowledge and providing follow-up to customers.
- Maintaining a neat and tidy workplace and adhering to company policies and procedures.
