Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced agricultural finance professional to join our team as a Partner Success Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth and adoption of our farm management platform among accounting partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft tailored success plans to drive growth and adoption with accounting partners.
• Build meaningful relationships with practice managers and key stakeholders to unlock the full potential of our platform.
• Lead onboarding and training programs to maximize partner competency in using the platform effectively.
• Monitor partner health and identify opportunities for expansion to enhance business outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Relevant Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Agri-business, or Agri-science.
• At least 2 years of experience in agri-business or agri-finance with a focus on client relationship management.
• Hands-on experience in the agricultural sector with a strong understanding of the challenges faced by farmers.
• Experience with SaaS/cloud software, particularly supporting agri-finances, is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a self-starting attitude are essential for this role.
