We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care and support to individuals with disabilities.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing personal care and support to clients with disabilities;
  • Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming;
  • Supporting clients with medication management and administration;
  • Encouraging social interaction and participation in community activities;
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care;
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A Certificate III or higher in Individual Support or a related field;
  • Experience working with people with disabilities;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • High level of empathy and understanding of individual needs;
