Role Overview:
As a Skin Care Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding client experiences and specializing in Broad Band Light (BBL) treatments. We are looking for passionate individuals to join our dynamic team.
- Transformative Treatments: Execute BBL treatments with precision, ensuring client satisfaction while also providing other effective aesthetic services such as advanced facials, skin needling, cosmetic-grade peels, Hydrojelly masks, and Fractional RF.
- Client-Focused Service: Collaborate with clients to understand their skincare needs and deliver customized solutions that enhance their confidence.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside a team of dedicated professionals who share your passion for skincare and beauty.
- Commitment to Excellence: Uphold our values by prioritizing safety, quality, and exceptional customer service.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Formal qualifications in Beauty Therapy, such as Cert IV or Diploma.
- Technical expertise in skin assessments and treatments is advantageous, though comprehensive training will be provided.
- Professional demeanor, punctuality, and a polished appearance are essential.
- A genuine passion for the beauty industry and helping others feel amazing.
- Proven track record in delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales goals.
