Job ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for creating brand awareness and connecting with our customers through our social channels. This involves delivering engaging content that drives conversion. You will also coordinate and manage social media platforms for our brands and play a vital role in the day-to-day operating rhythm of the marketing department.
You will produce weekly reports of data analytics of content produced and share your findings with key stakeholders and brand partners to identify channel performance and key target areas of growth.
Requirements- Degree / qualification in Marketing or Advertising preferred
- Demonstrated experience in a PR, Marketing or Advertising role
- Proven skills in analysing data and reports relating to customer reach and engagement
- Experience working with omni-channel
- Understanding of Web Analytics platforms and data analysis tools highly regarded
- Confident decision making skills that will impact the success of our customer reach
- A high level of planning, organisation and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, copy writing skills are highly regarded
- Proven ability in managing day-to-day operations within a marketing department
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently communicate with all departments and management levels
