We are currently in a period of rapid growth and expansion, and we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced FP&A professional to join our team as a Topline Forecasting Specialist. About the Topline Forecasting Team

The Topline Forecasting Team is responsible for developing and maintaining the company's top-line forecast models, including architecting and optimizing the input models that feed into the overall company-level forecast. We work closely with the business to ensure that our forecast accurately reflects business reality and provides actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the top-line forecast models, working closely with the business to understand key performance indicators, drivers, and strategic initiatives. You will also be responsible for providing forecasts that feed into profitability analysis, supporting the broader FP&A team with insights and commentary on operational metrics, and identifying potential risks to future growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain top-line forecast models, including architecting and optimizing input models
  • Work closely with the business to understand key performance indicators, drivers, and strategic initiatives
  • Provide forecasts that feed into profitability analysis
  • Support the broader FP&A team with insights and commentary on operational metrics
  • Identify potential risks to future growth and revenue
  • Collaborate with the business to ensure that our forecast accurately reflects business reality

Requirements

  • Experience in operational modeling and topline forecasting, preferably in a SaaS or tech industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools, with experience in building intricate models that provide valuable insights into business dynamics
  • Experience with PowerQuery, PowerBi, DAX, and SQL is a plus
