  • Take ultimate accountability to drive and lead growth whilst providing an inspiring experience for team, customers and community members.
  • Ensure every customer interaction delivers extraordinary service.
  • Embedding exceptional operational and visual merchandise standards.
  • Role-model a 'safety first' culture in our stores.
  • Plan and manage financial performance of the store.
  • Build and support volunteer workforce and engage with local community.
About You

You will be a high energy, hands-on individual with a proven track record in delivering outstanding customer service. You must possess excellent leadership and management abilities.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal skills, are essential. Solid technical skills and experience using Workday HCM system highly regarded.
