About the Role

We're seeking a Patient-Facing Clinical Psychologist to join our team. As a vital part of our multidisciplinary team, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality care and fostering innovation in service delivery.

  • You will conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, diagnose mental health conditions, and provide evidence-based therapies.
  • You will develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and patient needs.
  • You will maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans.
  • You will build and sustain collaborative relationships with referring healthcare providers to strengthen patient referral networks and support practice growth.

This role offers flexibility, allowing you to adapt your schedule from 2 - 5 days per week. We're open to discussing alternative arrangements, including half-day options, to suit your current schedule.

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for experienced Registered Psychologists or Clinical Psychologists with:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology or a Master's/Doctorate in Clinical Psychology.
  • General Registration with the Psychology Board of Australia, with Clinical Psychology endorsement and substantial experience in mental health care.
  • 5+ years of recent clinical experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Advanced clinical expertise in mental health services.
