Job Description

A Functional Consultant at Publicis Sapient is responsible for gathering business requirements for various Salesforce-related projects. This role involves effective communication, client management, and process adherence. The consultant will facilitate internal and external communication, support clients in maximizing ROI, and analyze their needs to define project scope.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Present complex client and vendor concepts to various stakeholders and act as a business resource lead on engagements.
  2. Facilitate internal and external communication to improve transparency and disseminate information.
  3. Support clients in achieving their goals.
  4. Meet with clients to analyze their needs, document requirements, and collaborate with the project manager to estimate work and define project scope.
  5. Identify and communicate any changes that may require additional client investment.
  6. Provide weekly reports to the project manager on identified risks and issues that need to be escalated to senior management.
  7. Understand clients' work practices and business nature to effectively define needs and customize solutions using the Force.com platform.

Qualifications

  • Salesforce Admin Certification.
  • Experience in providing solution consulting and implementing best practice architectural recommendations to address complex business challenges using the Salesforce.com platform.
  • Proficiency in all Salesforce configuration and administrative activities/tools.
  • OmniStudio/Vlocity (must have), Salesforce Public Sector, Experience Cloud and Field Service.
