Role Summary

Our organization seeks a skilled Mining Engineer to contribute to our operations at the KCGM site in Kalgoorlie-Boulder. As a prominent gold miner, we offer opportunities for career advancement and personal growth.

The successful candidate will have a tertiary qualification in Mining Engineering, a current Western Australian Drivers Licence (Manual), experience with mine design software - Deswik, and underground production experience in a mechanised hard-rock underground mine.

Responsibilities include producing accurate work instructions, ensuring issued instructions are clear and correct, drill and blast design, QA/QC of drill and blast activities, and working closely with operations and survey to prioritise and execute production activities.

Required skills and experience include good communication skills, flexibility to adapt to improved procedures and practices, and awareness of the Work Health & Safety Act and Regulations.
