We are currently recruiting for a Lifestyle Coordinator to enable and support our residents to continue taking part in the activities and lifestyle choices they have always enjoyed. This includes meeting up with friends and family, going to the local community center, visiting the cinema, attending local groups or enjoying specific pastimes like gardening or painting.

Key Responsibilities
  • To promote the social and recreational aspects of daily living for all residents
  • To engage with the local community and its resources
Requirements
  • Experience of working with vulnerable adults
  • IT literate
  • Ability to compile social care plans for residents
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Able to maintain confidentiality
