**School Overview:**

Barmera Primary School is a local partnership between Berri & Barmera. The school is seeking an Aboriginal Community Education Officer to join their team and contribute to the development of programs and activities that promote educational outcomes for Indigenous students.

**Working Arrangements:**

  • This role involves working 20 hours per week.
  • The start date is in January 2025.
  • The roster includes Monday to Friday and occasional weekend work.
  • The shift on Sundays starts at 5am and ends at 12am.

**Classification and Conditions:**

  • The classification for this role is AEW01 - AEW Lev 1.
  • Conditions include a minimum salary of $56,162 per annum FTE and standard leave conditions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • The successful applicant will work closely with the Aboriginal community, providing education and support services.
