Duck Egg Hatcher

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our duck egg hatching facility, ensuring that all eggs are handled with care and precision.

• Loading and packing eggs for local transport
• Handling and grading fertile duck eggs for hatching
• Sorting and grading eggs and day-old poultry
• Operating modern automated equipment
• Cleaning and sanitizing incubators, hatchers, and equipment

For this role, we are looking for individuals who possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants must have prior experience working with poultry or animals in a similar capacity. A background check may also be required as part of our hiring process.
