We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Retail Sales Consultant to join our team at Snooze Marion. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, providing expert sleep solutions, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Merchandise bedrooms, lift stock, and operate computers to deliver an awesome customer experience
  • Provide expert advice on bedroom solutions and products
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and objectives

Requirements

  • Previous retail experience in selling big ticket items (preferred)
  • Customer-centric behaviors and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Confident and professional communication skills
  • Ability to use a computer and operate point-of-sale systems
  • Physical fitness to walk the floor and lift stock safely
