The Opportunity

Talent International is seeking a highly skilled Mid-level SharePoint Integration Developer to join our client's ICT Integrity Transformation Division. This exciting opportunity will see you play a key role in ensuring the delivery of systems and services that protect and improve the integrity of the Agency.

This is a 12-month initial day-rate labour hire contract with a further 12-month extension possible. The EL1 level role offers a competitive daily rate of $800 – $900 inclusive, based out of our client's Richmond or Geelong office.

Our client offers a hybrid environment with strong flexibility, allowing you to work in a way that suits you best.

About the Role

The EL1 Integration Specialist is accountable for undertaking very complex work that delivers quality outcomes across the functions of the Agency. As a skilled Integration SME, you will have expertise in SharePoint and Rest API integrations, with a strong background in designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions that enhance our digital presence and improve customer engagement.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Designing, developing, and supporting integration solutions using SharePoint and Rest API to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse integration requirements.
  • Implementing and maintaining integration solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and efficient.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving integration issues, providing timely support to stakeholders.
  • Documenting integration processes, configurations, and best practices.
  • Staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in SharePoint and Rest API integrations.
Essential Criteria

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of experience in integration development, with a focus on SharePoint and Rest API.
  • Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online.
  • Proficiency in developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to deal with competing priorities in a fast-changing environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Australian Citizenship is a necessity along with the ability to obtain AGSVA Baseline clearance.
Desirable Skills and Experience

While not essential, experience with other integration technologies such as REST, JSON, and XML, as well as knowledge of cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure and AWS, would be highly desirable. Certification in SharePoint or related technologies is also a plus.
