About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our team in Sydney. As a Maintenance Plumber, you will be responsible for providing both planned and reactive plumbing maintenance across various commercial clients.

Your key responsibilities will include carrying out planned and reactive commercial maintenance, installing new plumbing fixtures or replacing end-of-life assets, coordinating, troubleshooting and identifying defective plumbing and design issues, inspecting and identifying leaks, including plumbing and roofing, and providing cost-effective but comprehensive repairs that deliver value and quality for clients.

  • Carry out regular plumbing checks and maintenance to ensure equipment is in good working condition
  • Install new plumbing fixtures or replace old ones to improve efficiency and reduce waste
  • Respond promptly to emergency plumbing situations and provide temporary solutions until permanent repairs can be made
  • Inspect and identify potential hazards such as water leaks, burst pipes, and faulty appliances
  • Work closely with other tradespeople to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Certificate III in Plumbing or equivalent qualification
  • Strong commercial maintenance experience
  • A current White Card
  • A valid driving licence
  • TMV Ticket (desired)
  • Backflow Prevention Experience (desired)
  • Certificate IV (desired)
