Job Title: Technical Implementation Analyst

Job Overview

This is a customer-facing role that provides a wide range of software implementation services in various solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • \
  • Configure web-based products within the WebEOC framework to meet requirements of clients' needs for emergency/incident response.\
  • Design, utilize and improve emergency/incident management processes.\
  • Create written requirements documents to detail system configuration required to meet clients' needs for Emergency/Incident Response processes.\
  • Provide technical assistance to stakeholders in the support and delivery of emergency/incident management specific programs.\
  • Contribute information to systems for tracking progress and documenting status of activities.\
  • Develop and implement techniques and procedures for process reviews, including development of online training content and exercise assessments.\
  • Tier 2 support for region's clients.\
  • Identify and implement staff development opportunities related to emergency preparedness and emergency response.\
  • Support Emergency Operations Centre (EOC) activations when required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • \
  • At least 3 years experience in web development.\
  • Experience with Bootstrap versions 3 and 4.\
  • Experience with jQuery.\
  • Experience with RESTful services and APIs.\
  • Experience with SQL Server.\
  • Technical Business Analysis skills.\
  • Material Design experience is preferred but not essential.\
  • Experience in an emergency management environment preferred but not essential.
