About the Role

The Store Manager will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive store profitability through effective inventory management and visual merchandising.
  • Coaching and mentoring team members to achieve their full potential and meet sales targets.
  • Maintaining excellent customer service standards and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Managing stock levels, controlling costs, and optimizing store operations to ensure maximum efficiency.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous retail management experience, preferably in a senior leadership position.
  • A proven track record of driving sales growth and improving store performance.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

You will also have a passion for fashion and a strong understanding of the retail industry, including current trends and consumer behaviors.

The Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $80,000 per annum, plus superannuation and access to our Incentive Program, which includes rewards such as international holidays and designer fashion items.
