Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Store Manager who will be the driving force behind sales, customer service, team development, and stock management. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in achieving business objectives and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer engagement, and enhance operational efficiency
  • Maintain accurate records, manage stock levels, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III or IV in Retail (or equivalent) and relevant experience in a retail management role
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • A passion for fashion and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
Benefits
