Job Title: Residential Care Support Worker
">We are seeking casual Residential Care Workers to assist in providing direct client services to residents of our Residential Care Home.
">The successful applicants will be responsible for assisting with the care and supervision of residents, including bathing, showering, personal hygiene, dressing and grooming, toileting and continence management.
">They will also help with feeding residents, maintain their mobility/dexterity, undertake bed making, cleaning of equipment and aids, and distribute clean laundry and personal attire.
">Additionally, they will provide input into resident assessment and recording general observations, identify diversional therapy needs of individuals and/or groups, and complete routine documentation according to established policies and procedures.
">This is an excellent opportunity to work in a team environment, enjoy flexible rostering, and have access to education and professional development opportunities.
">The Eyre and Far North Local Health Network offers a unique and relaxed rural lifestyle in the friendly town of Cowell, within easy travel distances to major regional facilities.
