Occupational Rehabilitation Role

A professional and skilled rehabilitation counsellor is sought to provide case management services across various customer portfolios.

The ideal candidate will have a full ASORC or Psychologist qualification, experience working in Occupational Rehabilitation and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support people to recover and return to their pre-injury or new employment using clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct assessment and management services to assist with an injured person's recovery, return to work and life following injury or illness.
  • Interact and build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers and other key stakeholders.

About You:

  • Full ASORC or Psychologist (with full or provisional AHPRA registration).
  • Desire to work in Occupational Rehabilitation.
  • Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
