Position Overview

  • Ensure precise storage locations within both the warehouse and third-party logistics (3PL) facilities.
  • Monitor inventory levels across the Production Line, Warehouse, and 3PL warehouse to guarantee optimal stock levels and timely deliveries to meet daily production requirements.
  • Plan and coordinate the delivery of picked and organized inventory to the Production Line.
  • Oversee and maintain staging areas in accordance with picking plans.
  • Conduct regular Cycle Counts following established protocols.
  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in stock levels.
  • Assist in the management of slow-moving and obsolete inventory items.
  • Handle serialized inventory in compliance with guidelines from receipt to dispatch.
  • Continuously strive to enhance stock management processes.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience as an Inventory Controller within a manufacturing setting.
  • Familiarity with SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Excellent communication and time management abilities.
  • Capability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
