As a Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of our engineering teams. Our infrastructure empowers businesses and developers to leverage breakthroughs in payments, commerce, and markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of high-performing engineering teams, driving requirements grooming, scrums, retrospectives, and team outings.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable APIs, user-facing experiences, services, and systems.
- Provide strategic technical guidance for development, design, integration, testing, and maintenance of our platform.
- Lead agile software processes for engineering teams and introduce industry-leading best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure team contributions align with company objectives.
- Perform full lifecycle of team management to attract, engage, retain, coach, and performance manage exceptional engineers.
- Act as an internal ambassador for the engineering team, communicating opportunities and constraints technology offers.
- Manage technical debt to ensure development velocity remains responsive and predictable.
Requirements:
- 3 or more years of experience in technical leadership.
- 7 or more years of experience in software engineering.
- Hands-on technical manager with expertise in designing, building, and deploying secure products and services.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high autonomy and responsibilities.
- Strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
