Home Category Development Lead

This exciting opportunity at Aviva seeks a skilled Home Category Development Lead to drive business outcomes and deliver exceptional results. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of Home Category, working closely with Chief Underwriting Officers and their teams to understand their requirements and business plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic goals and objectives.
  • Communicate with senior leaders to prioritize deliveries and explain benefits to their areas.
  • Assist in generating ideas and bringing together experts to implement change.
  • Develop a culture that combines commercialism, improvement, and efficiency to support outstanding performance.
  • Manage and prioritize workload within business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Good working knowledge of personal home insurance products.
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to manage and prioritize workload.
  • Experience in effective stakeholder management and engagement.
  • Ability to lead the business towards incremental improvements.
  • Ease in adapting to changing circumstances with enthusiasm.

  • Salary circa £50,000 (depending on skills, experience, and qualifications).
