The Service Agreement Support Officer is responsible for ensuring that service agreements, schedules of supports, and addendums are completed according to best practice guidelines and NDIS Pricing Limits and Arrangements. They work collaboratively with stakeholders to provide system support organisationally in Riteq, Great Plains, CRM, and other systems.

Daily Procedures">
Timely and accurate information provision to operations teams regarding billing processes documents.
Collaboration with billing and operations teams to share timely and accurate knowledge and data inputted into all billing systems.
Accurate customer records upkeep and data sets provided for strong trend identification.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
High-quality, accurate, and regular reports and data sets provided for the Quality and Data Analyst.
Developed and delivered quality reports on key metrics and analytics as required.
Supports the Quality and Data Analyst in internal and external auditing processes, including implementing audit recommendations for continuous improvement.
Collaborative partnerships built with internal stakeholders.
Skills and Experience">
Minimum 1 year experience in a similar industry or environment.
A commitment to ethical practices and standards of conduct.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication skills.
High level of numeracy and literacy and attention to detail.
Knowledge of the disability sector and understanding of the NDIS Price Guide, working within NDIS legislation and provisions relating to reasonable and necessary supports, and the mainstream service system.
NDIS Worker Screening clearance.
Ability to manage a high-volume workload through planning and prioritisation.
Confirmation record of COVID-19 vaccination.
Current Australian driver's license and ability to travel intra or interstate from time to time.
Ability to work flexibly to meet demands of the role.
