Job Title: Inventory Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Inventory Manager. This role is responsible for driving inventory management processes to optimize stock levels, reduce waste, and improve operational efficiency.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve inventory accuracy, reducing stockouts and overstocking, and optimizing storage capacity.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and implementing inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
  • Analyzing inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective inventory management practices.
  • Providing training and support to store staff on inventory management procedures.
  • Monitoring and reporting on inventory metrics, including stock levels, turnover, and shrinkage.

Requirements
