Support Worker

We are seeking experienced and reliable Support Workers to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to individuals with disabilities or aged care needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide social support to clients
  • Transport clients to medical appointments and activities
  • Assist with personal care and daily living tasks
  • Prepare meals and snacks for clients
  • Participate in therapy programs and recreational activities

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience working in disability or aged care
  • Two contactable professional references
  • NDIS Worker Screening / Police Clearance
  • Working with Children Check
  • HLTAID003 First Aid Certificate with current CPR
  • Drivers Licence and vehicle registration and insurance
  • Proof of Covid19 Vaccination status
