About this Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Retail Leader to oversee the success of our store in Rockhampton.

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and leading a team of professionals to achieve business objectives.

You will foster a culture of accountability, provide timely feedback, and empower your team to excel in their roles.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement visual merchandising strategies, optimize operational efficiency, and drive talent growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a retail environment that showcases our brand's values and exceeds customer expectations
  • Establish a high-performance sales environment that drives results and meets KPIs
  • Dream big and strive to exceed commercial targets and key performance indicators
  • Bolster a team of talented professionals, fostering a sense of ownership and guiding them to achieve their goals
  • Address potential performance issues and policy breaches in partnership with HR and Divisional Sales Manager
  • Guarantee seamless implementation of visual merchandising directives, efficient operational processes, and continuous talent growth and development

Requirements:

  • A seasoned leader with at least 3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Able to connect with people at all levels of the organization
  • A talent magnet, skilled in recruiting, retaining, and developing high-performing teams
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite, POS systems, and applicant tracking systems
