About the Role

This role involves providing therapy services to customers, building on their strengths and developing sustainable long term solutions.

  • Deliver goal directed therapy services to children and adults in a collaborative manner with significant others to support community participation in various environments.
  • Support customers and others in developing and reviewing individual therapy and support plans that meet the needs of the individual and reflect their personal goals.
  • Provide informative information to customers about valuable services to enhance their ability to make informed choices.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide therapy services based on customer needs while fostering growth and development.
  • Collaborate with customers and others to develop and review individual therapy plans that promote community participation.
  • Offer guidance and support to customers in making informed decisions about available services.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A current driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Registration with AHPRA or membership in Speech Pathology Australia for speech pathologists.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Children's Check (Employee).
  • Valid Australian working rights and an international police check if applicable.
