Centre Director

The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Centre Manager to lead our Ninja Parc Fyshwick team and drive the centre's overall success. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the management of the centre, the team, and our local community.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial targets and improve operational efficiency
• Ensure the centre maintains high standards in all areas, including safety, customer service, and staff development
• Lead and manage the centre team, providing guidance and support to ensure their success
• Develop and implement local area marketing plans to increase customer engagement and loyalty

Requirements

• Proven experience in leading a team and managing a centre or business
• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and forecasting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, customers, and stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
• Current Working with Children Check, First Aid and CPR certification, and a valid driver's license

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience in play centre or sports centre operations
• Management certification or qualification
• Experience in financial management and budgeting
