We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our sustainability research team in Australia.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for publishing quality research content and analyzing emerging sustainability issues in the region. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative analytical models and tools, representing the organization as a thought leader at conferences and client meetings, engaging with local media and regulators on sustainability-related topics, and contributing to the development of new products and services related to sustainability investing and climate change.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Publish regular research reports and analysis on sustainability issues in Australia;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative analytical models and tools;
  • Represent the organization as a thought leader at conferences and client meetings;
  • Engage with local media and regulators on sustainability-related topics;
  • Contribute to the development of new products and services related to sustainability investing and climate change.
Your Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in investment research, financial services, consulting, or industry experience. They will possess strong analytical and quantitative skills with extensive data analysis experience, excellent communication skills in English, and the ability to convey complex ideas simply. Additionally, they will have strong presentation skills, both spoken and visual, a Bachelor's degree (required), and advanced degree (Masters or PhD) or industry accreditation (preferred).
