Main Responsibilities include:

  • Providing independent oversight and challenge to risk management frameworks in the wholesale business.
  • Risk stewardship for ESG and Reputational Risks-related policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Managing Climate Risk Programmes and leading Governance and Risk Management workstreams to enhance overall performance.
  • Owning reporting for committees and forums, including the ESG Forum, and providing secretariat support.
  • Leveraging SME expertise to offer advisory support for ESG and Reputational Risk-related matters.
  • Enhancing and implementing the Reputational Risk framework across all regions.
  • Fostering partnerships with key stakeholders, both locally and internationally.
  • Liaising with the wholesale business and offshore colleagues to ensure risk assessments align with group and regulatory requirements.
