Job Title: Park Maintenance Associate

 

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our team in a Part-time Grounds/Maintenance role.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • General gardening tasks, including lawn maintenance, pruning, weed control, and equipment upkeep.
  • Maintaining the grounds, tidying, and removing rubbish.
  • Contributing to landscaping development and upgrading park facilities as needed.
  • Maintaining equipment, including pool and power tools.
  • Minor construction of park buildings, cabins, and caravans maintenance.
  • Replacing gas bottles and performing meter readings as required.
  • Preparing cabins for cleaning by stripping beds.
  • Cleaning amenities.
  • Providing general housekeeping assistance as needed.

 

Requirements:
  • A self-starter with high initiative and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to the park's philosophy and policies.
  • A team player, interacting with management and staff in a clear, cooperative, and honest manner.
  • An enthusiastic, positive attitude towards work.
  • Effective communication with staff, residents, and suppliers.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Reliability and punctuality.
