Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Drill Operator with demonstrated leadership skills to join our team on a 2/2 roster.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in operating various drill rigs, positive culture, and a passion for the mining industry.

Main Responsibilities
  • Ensure all safe work practices are adhered to
  • Meet daily operational targets
  • Maintain assets to operational capacity
  • Constantly strive to increase process efficiency
  • Demonstrate behaviour that aligns with FMG values
  • Comply with Zero Harm principles daily
Key Requirements
  • Ability to operate a variety of Drill Rigs including Epiroc D65, Cat MD6310
  • Mobile equipment operation in the mining industry is essential
  • Ability to read Drill mine plans
  • WA Class HR Driver's Licence
  • Communication and interpersonal skills - two-way operation
  • Basic computer skills
