Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct role-playing activities without the use of service provider-supplied equipment or weapons.
  • Provide culturally accurate role-playing services tailored to specific scenarios.
  • Perform non-specialised role-playing activities to support training objectives.
  • Create realistic simulated injuries or trauma effects for training purposes.
  • Develop and plan simulation activities aligned with training objectives.
  • Coordinate and manage simulation systems to support training environments.
  • Provide ancillary services to ensure the effective delivery of simulation-based training.

Requirements:

  • Current Baseline or Negative Vetting 1 (NV1) Security Clearance (or higher)
  • Experience working with the Australian Government or Defence
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation abilities
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a dynamic and driven team
