Applications are invited for an exciting role to join a union representing finance sector workers.

The organisation is dedicated to improving the finance sector and broader society. We believe in innovation and campaign to achieve positive outcomes, taking on influential companies in Australia.

We seek an experienced Organiser who will:

  • Work with members and workplace leaders to establish strong, sustainable communities;
  • Grow our membership through effective organising and campaigning;
  • Identify industrial and organising opportunities, and collaborate with members to deliver results;

We require someone with:

  • A commitment to workers' rights and trade unionism, and a passion for social justice;
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills;
  • Ability to motivate and develop members and leaders;
  • Capacity to assess situations and execute plans to achieve desired outcomes;

The ideal candidate will have experience in trade union or other social justice organising.
