Confectioner Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Confectioner to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a key member of our manufacturing operations, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment to meet our safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and morale targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain equipment to ensure efficient production and minimize downtime
• Implement autonomous maintenance (AM) standards to improve line and system performance
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards for operating machinery
• Participate in shutdown maintenance, root-cause analysis, and breakdown elimination

Requirements

• Experience in machine operations and TPM-Total Productive Maintenance Tools
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards for operating machinery
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a diverse and dynamic environment
