Job OpportunityWe're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partnership Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll drive a strong sales strategy and establish meaningful relationships with employers to increase employment opportunities for our job seekers.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and manage an employer database to generate vacancies
- Network strategically to identify new business opportunities
- Provide post-placement support and ongoing service for job seekers
- Ensure compliance with documentation and guidelines
- Engage in reverse marketing and face-to-face interactions with employers
- Lead and participate in employer and industry engagement strategies
- Match job seekers with suitable vacancies
- Promote and support Help Enterprises' mission, vision, and values
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Prior employment services experience (highly regarded but not essential)
- Strong customer service and sales experience, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reverse marketing, sales, or cold calling experience
- Ability to work towards targets and KPIs
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Resilience and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
