We are seeking an experienced Rehabilitation Counsellor to join our dynamic team at IPAR. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on individuals' lives by promoting injury prevention, return to work, and overall health benefits.
Key Responsibilities- Case Management: You will be responsible for managing caseloads effectively, utilizing your clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with employers, employees, medical professionals, and allied health experts to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs.
- Assessments: Conduct comprehensive assessments using your clinical skills, including Functional Capacity Evaluations, Worksite Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, and Activities of Daily Living Assessments.
- Tertiary qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling.
- Full Membership with ASORC.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and collaborate effectively.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Competitive salary range: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum.
