About our school

Xavier Catholic College is a co-educational K-12 College operated by Brisbane Catholic Education. It commenced in 2003 and has since grown to over 1340 Prep to Year 12 enrolments.

About the opportunity

This School Senior Leadership position supports the Principal in building the religious life of the school and fostering a vibrant Catholic identity within the school community.

Key responsibilities include growing the engagement, progress, achievement, and wellbeing of each student in the school, and building a sustainable school community.

About you

To be successful in this position, you will bring relevant contemporary skills and experience including:

• Experience as an Assistant Principal or senior role providing support and leadership to Catholic schools, or equivalent experience;
• Experience in teaching and leading the teaching of religious education;
• Timetable experience is an advantage.

Eligibility and Safeguarding requirements

• Eligibility to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment;
• Current registration with Queensland College of Teachers (QCT);
• Must be Catholic (or a faith partner of one of our ecumenical schools).
