Job Title: Pharmacy Operations Specialist

As a Pharmacy Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy services. Your primary duties and responsibilities include:

  • Verifying and signing operational jobs to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Releasing shipments for distribution to meet customer needs.
  • Managing product status to ensure expired stock is moved to quarantine status, adhering to GMP and GDP regulations.
  • Following packaging instruction forms for secondary packaging relabelling tasks, maintaining GMP and GDP standards.

In the absence of a Local Quality Representative, you will perform quality checks on relabeling processes, utilizing your deep knowledge of protocols stored at WC Depot to provide instructions to depot staff. As Deputy Depot Pharmacist, you will support depot operational activities when required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with government legislative and local health requirements, as well as ICH, GMP, GCP, GDP, local regulatory requirements, and World Courier Internal Guidelines.
  • Maintain and assure compliance with SOPs, WI's, and TRN documents through regular reviews and authorizations.
  • Perform periodic Depot Self-Inspections to identify potential problems arising from personnel management that may affect working schedules.
  • Manage product status to ensure efficient stock control and balance sheet processes.

  • Deep understanding of GMP and GDP regulations.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in various temperature-controlled environments.
  • Proficiency in Cencora World Courier packaging products.
