About Our Role

Job Overview

In this role, you will be involved in valuation engagements, analyzing quantitative and qualitative information to identify key performance metrics and value drivers. You will consult with clients on business performance, cash flow forecasts, and prospects, and propose strategies related to the advice being provided.

You will also review and build financial models for businesses or projects, using traditional and leading-edge valuation methodologies to determine the value of assets, equity, or debt instruments.

Your Responsibilities
  • Conduct valuation engagements with clients, including analysis of quantitative and qualitative information.
  • Consult with clients on business performance, cash flow forecasts, and prospects.
  • Propose strategies related to the advice being provided.
  • Review and build financial models for businesses or projects.
  • Use traditional and leading-edge valuation methodologies to determine the value of assets, equity, or debt instruments.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Recent experience working in valuations or corporate finance.
  • Suitable technical capabilities and accreditations, such as CA or CFA.
  • Strong analytical and report writing skills.
  • Experience in excel-based financial assessment and financial modelling.
  • Ability to build robust relationships at all levels, internally and externally.
  • Project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines on multiple client engagements.
